About the ADRP

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) reviews certain decisions of the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science and the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission made under Part XVB of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act).

The ADRP was established on 10 June 2013.  It is comprised of four members, one of whom is the Senior Member.  Panel Members are appointed by the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science under the Act for a term of up to three years.  See Current Appointments for information about the sitting Panel Members.

There are two categories of reviewable decisions:

1. Reviewable decisions of the Minister

    • The ADRP makes recommendations to the Minister in a report, and the Minister must affirm the reviewable decision, or revoke the reviewable decision and substitute it with a new decision.
2. Reviewable decisions of the Commissioner

    • The ADRP affirms the reviewable decision or revokes the reviewable decision

See Reviewable Decisions for information about the types of decisions the ADRP can review.

See Key Legislation and Legal Framework for more information about the legal framework relevant to the ADRP's work.
