Certain Hollow Structural Sections from Malaysia and the People’s Republic of China

This is a review of the decision of the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service to terminate the resumed investigation of dumping and subsidisation of certain hollow structural sections during the period 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008. The review by the Trade Measures Review Officer involves a decision to either affirm or revoke the termination decision by the Chief Executive Officer of Customs and Border Protection based on the information that was before the Chief Executive Officer when the Chief Executive Officer made the reviewable decision. The Trade Measures Review Officer affirmed the decision of the Chief Executive Officer of Customs and Border Protection. Publication of this decision is made in The Australian on 15 December 2010.
