Certain aluminium extrusions exported to Australia from the People's Republic of China

This is a review of the decision of the delegate of the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (Customs and Border Protection) made on 24 May 2011 to terminate a resumed investigation into the alleged dumping and subsidisation of aluminium extrusions exported from the People’s Republic of China.

The review, under section 269ZZT of the Customs Act 1901, by the Trade Measures Review Officer involves a decision to either affirm or revoke the termination decision based on the information that was before the Chief Executive Officer when the Chief Executive Officer made the reviewable decision. The Trade Measures Review Officer affirmed the termination decision in a notice published on 14 October 2011.
