Hot Rolled Coil Steel exported from Japan, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan

BlueScope Steel Limited, GM Holden Limited, Hyundai Steel Company, One Steel Australian Tube Mills Pty Ltd and POSCO have applied to the Trade Measures Review Officer (TMRO) requesting a review of the decision made by the Minister for Home Affairs on 4 December 2012 to publish a dumping duty notice in respect of hot rolled coil steel exported to Australia from Japan, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan. The review by the TMRO, under section 269ZZK of the Customs Act 1901, involves a decision to either recommend that the Minister affirm the reviewable decision or recommend that the Minister direct the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (CEO) to re-investigate certain findings on the information that was before the CEO when the Minister made the reviewable decision.
