Certain Zinc Coated (Galvanised) Steel Exported from the People's Republic of China, Taiwan and the Republic of Korea and Certain Aluminium Zinc Coated Steel Exported from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Korea

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ("ADRP") has received an application for review of the decisions of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, made on 19 July 2017 to publish notices under subsection 269ZDB(1)(a)(iii) of the Customs Act 1901 ("the Act") following a review of anti-dumping measures applying to Certain Zinc Coated (Galvanised) Steel Exported from the People's Republic of China, Taiwan and the Republic of Korea (ADN 2017/87) and Certain Aluminium Zinc Coated Steel Exported from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Korea (ADN 2017/86) (“Reviewable Decisions”).

Notice of the Reviewable Decisions were published on 20 July 2017 on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website.

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Parliamentary Secretary recommending that the Parliamentary Secretary either affirm the Reviewable Decision or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.
